Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Dix was born in Arizona and has lived in both Florida and Georgia. He joined the Marine Corps, and then he originally went to college for a master’s degree in biochemistry at University of Georgia (UGA). He was in the masters program at UGA when he was accepted at Medical College of Georgia’s Dental School. He has been in the dental profession since 1975. He is married to Maria, and they have built their new home in Austell. He finds genuine fulfillment when working with his team, building caring relationships with his patients and restoring oral health to those in need. Outside of his practice, Dr. Dix spends his time going to exotic places to scuba dive. He is an active participant in the annual 2-day walk for breast cancer.

Dr. McGee was born and raised in Mississippi. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1994 with a B.S. in Biology, he went to dental school at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in Jackson, MS. In 1997, he graduated from dental school with a D.M.D. degree and moved to Atlanta where he met his wife, Amber. He immediately began practicing dentistry in a large group practice. In 1998, Dr. McGee opened his own practice in Stone Mountain, Georgia, where he has been practicing ever since.

Dr. Pooya Hoseinzadeh was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, and has lived in Marietta all his life. He is passionate about helping patients improve their oral health and achieve beautiful smiles. He loves building personal relationships with his patients and treating the person, not just the tooth. Dr. Hoseinzadeh graduated from Walton High School in 2012. Then he attended the University of Georgia from 2012 to 2016, where he received his bachelor’s degree in biology. He graduated from the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, with his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Additionally, He is multi-lingual and can speak Farsi (Persian) and Spanish. In his free time, Dr. Hoseinzadeh enjoys playing soccer and collecting Persian antiques.
